I think one of the best things you can do for your skin is take a ton of vitamins, I do, everyday, heavy on the c's and e's, and also aloe vera is very good for skin, the best thing out there in my opinion, you can't go wrong with that stuff. Oh, and of course eat healthy and exercise...sleep 8 hours, you know all the usual stuff...it all shows up on your skin.

Sometimes I wet a cotton ball with peroxide and use it on my face, it dries out all the oil and my skin doesn't break out so bad. Glowing, no so sure about.
