    Principles of cooperation:
    The primary principles of cooperative organization are as follows:
    Voluntary membership:-
    The membership of the cooperative society is voluntary.
    Equality:-
    All members of the society enjoy equal rights and status.
    Decision democratic:-
    The society is organized on the principles of democracy. Every shareholder is equal say in the affairs of the society.
    Spirit of cooperation:-
    All members of the society are cooperating to full extent in order to achieve the goals of the society. All for each and each for all should be the basic principle of the society.
    Welfare objective:-
    The primary function of the cooperative is to provide the goods and services to the society's members at a price lower than the market. The profit at the end of the year is distributed among the members on the basis of their transactions in the society.
    Honesty:-
    The elective executive members of the society who manage the affairs of the society should be men of character and a symbol of honesty.
    Mutual confidence:-
    The cooperatives should have mutual confidence and trust in each other. They should work like a team in achieving the objectives of the society.
    Economy:-
    The members should try their utmost in avoiding waste both in purchase and sale of commodities.
