I use it all of the time on my cell and I think its not sticking B/C once the song is downloaded you need to push your middle key or whatever its called on a cellphone....(.push enter) as it plays and it should automatically store in your ringtones. Perhaps too-they arent compatiable-in that case sign in to MYXER on the internet and set up an acct. - then try again.
