I Jsut Want To Find A Chat Room To Talk When I Cant Sleep About The Fact That I Cant Sleep?

I have problems with sleeplessness.
Tried just about everything including prescription drugs that made me tired and sluggish all the time.

My friend have you ever tried xanex, it works. You have to do to a doctor to get it, act as if you've taken it before .They come in .25mg .50 1mg and 2mgpills. The forums there are quite good but it can take a while for people to reply. The "chat" bit is usually full of people though, especially at night.

I left my boyfriend moved out of his house after he said he wanted to kill me and he attacked me - pushed me down the stairs, strangled me -- almost killed me. I got away to safety and called the police - he was arrested and bailed out by his father right away. The courts granted me an extended restraining order and now I lay awake at night thinking about EVERYTHING. I replay his voice putting me down over and over. I try to tune it out by not thinking about it or reading a book it has only been a few days and my entire body hurts Im not sure if I have the strength to continue holding my head up high. Why?
