    Because the leaves. The leaves take the Co2 and eliminate the o2 . When the autumn come the leaves will fall. In this time the C02 rise to the winter. When the spring come the leaf grow up and the C02 fall to the summer. That why the level of C02 rise and fall once each year. *_*
