| My landlord gave me a 60 day notice to move because the owner has decided to sell, but i still have until march 08 on my lease. There is no clause that says anything about selling the property. He is spending to much money on the home, so he is selling. But, they are trying to say i broke the lease by having one bedroom door broke. Because of there neglegence. It fell off the hinges. This is what he told my brother, i got a different story, nothing was said about that. |
