There is a lever inside the cab that you pull, ( i hope you've gotten this far) then your hood opens an inch or so, then you go to the front of the vehicle and find another lever near the center of the hood. You have to look in the gap between the hood and the car to find it if you dont know where it is, there is a lever that you will be able to push either to the left or right with your fingers. That will release the hood so you can open it.
