Staph can cause a sore to really become open and nasty looking. It needs to be treated asap by a doctor. After it heals it may leave a nice big scar!

Yes, staph is a very bad infection that can turn to MRSA in the wound. You need to be on antibiotics and the wound needs to be cleaned by a Dr. Don't wait it can get real bad.
