Can I Married In An Episcopal Church If I Was Married Before In A Catholic Church?

    It looks as though Episcopal Canon law allows a minister to re-marry someone who was married before with proof of civil dissolution of marriage. Probably ought to give the Episcopal minister a call and flesh out the exact details....there are some caveats. Here's a link with more information: www.canonlaw.org
    As for your Catholic marriage, without an annulment (hard to get), the Catholic church does not recognize your right to remarry...
