How Long Does It Take For A Pulled Muscle To Heal?
I took my dog to the vet on Thursday (it is now Sat.) with a leg injury. The vet seems to think that it is just a pulled muscle but said that if it doesn't seem better in a few days to bring him back in to be tested for Lyme disease. Does anyone know how long a pulled muscle takes to heal? It seems like if he turns the wrong way, he starts limpng again.

I don't know if it is the same in animals but I pulled a muscle in my arm once and it took about 6 weeks to really get over it.
