I am sargam, completed my Engineering and working in a BPo. I want to know what will be good for me & my career to leave this bpo and search for a good IT company or to continue work here. I am not satisfied with my job, Please tell me what is their in my future.

You didn't tell in which field you completed your engineering. Obviously if you completed a Mechanical Engineering degree you should go to mechanical field. There is no point continuing your current job as you are not satisfied. Always try to choose the field according to your education. An IT company is a good idea.
The first thing to do is to search the IT jobs in different countries and locations. Don't leave your current job and never stop to search the suitable one. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.
