Please Help Me I Think I'm Going Under Depression?
My cousin just Committed suicide 13 years after my brother died. (13 years ago) After this I don't sleep well, I'm falling behind in school, I'm hardly ever hungry, and I have a lot of headaches. Is this depression!?

It sure sounds like depression, i suggest you talk to a trusted adult like your mom or a school nurse, etc. And tell them how you are feeling so that they can get you help. If you ever feel suicidal, call for emergency help. Best wishes to you.

Thanks. I'm worried that I'll hurt myself while I'm not thinking. I think I'm under depression because I had thoughts about suicide. I think I'll need help fast because it's like part of me I don't know controls my body and makes me think about suicide. I've always been afraid of dying early now I'm not. I hope I get help before it's too late and that part of me takes control.
You really need to tell your mom how you are feeling so she can schedule an appointment with your doctor ASAP, please reach out to someone before you harm yourself dear. God Bless
