If My Wages Are Being Garnished From A Small Claims Judgment, Can They Garnish My Income Tax Return For The Remaining Balance?

Well i don't really know, but my sister works in administration and she knows everything. Anyway, I'm going through the same thing and i wanted to know. She told me that if your check is being garnished you are on a agreement and a personal contract with the IRS for the wage garnishment so it should not affect you income tax refund
