Do You Have To Have Been Writing All Your Life To Become A Good Writer?

Answer Question

Not necessarily. However, you do need a willingness to work hard at it. One writer said that his best writing came after several drafts and editing and rewriting. For me, when I write poetry, it comes in little bursts, but then I edit and reword; when I write short stories, I have tossed pages and reworked them repeatedly before I'm satisfied with the story I tell.
