I Have A Maltese And I Notice That Her Nipple Are Swollan And Milk Is Coming Out But She Not Pregnanat Is That Normal?

If a female dog hasn't been spayed, than false pregnancies are not uncommon... Hormonally she's pregnant, but physiologically she's not. Some dogs experience this after every heat, and for certain dogs, preparing for a litter that never comes can be quite distressing. So if you have no plans to breed her it's just one more reason to get her spayed.

No, it's not normal and I strongly suggest you call your vet.

My dog had false pregnancies and i had no choice but to spayed her. Then i had to put her on hormone pill, 1 every ten days because she started having vaginal infections. It was very costly to come to this conclusion.
