Should i bring him to the vet or is there something i can put on them?

Use a Calamine Lotion, on the puss bubbles and if you do not have the lotion then use Stingoes which also has the same ingredients. You can also use talcum powder or corn flour massaged onto its skin. Try these as well as visit a vet.
