How Can We Discipline Our Lives?

The word discipline is very easy to pronounce but it is very difficult to adopt in one's life. Discipline requires a great deal of commitment of an individual for himself, for his concerned relations as well as for the entire community. So far your question that how can we discipline our lives though easy to answer yet difficult to explain. Anyhow I would like to explain it in the following terms.
The basic thing to discipline over lives is to manage our time and our resources. A person who cannot manage his time and resources properly cannot be called a disciplined man and on the other hand a person who cares for these things and manages his time and resources properly will be called highly disciplined. We should perform our routines and routine matters in a proper way by dividing our time and resources so that these things may not be disturbed. Time is the main factor in discipline and we should utilize it in the most appropriate way. Second thing is your resource and they should be utilized properly to lead a disciplined life.
