    Soy Milk is a kind of milk that is extracted or made from fresh Soybeans. It consists of oil, water and proteins. The best thing about this kind of milk is that it has the same amount of protein as normal cow's milk.

    The Soy Beans are soaked for some time and then they are ground with water. A Soy Milk machine or some traditional kitchen tools are used for making it.

    Following are some of the nutritional values of Soy Milk:

    - Contains same amount of protein as cow's milk
    - Contains Lecithin and Vitamin E
    - Does not have any Casein
    - Can be used by people having lactose intolerance
    - Less saturated fat as compared to cow's milk
    - It also has isoflavones
    - It does not contain any cholesterol
    -It does not have any kind of Galactose
