Considering their restless and unruly nature, kennels would not be a very suitable abode for Shiba Inu puppies. First and foremost, it would restrict their activities and would confine them in a compact space. Secondly as a result of their spirit not getting charged in the right way, there are always chances that the dogs or puppies would channelize that unutilized and unused energy in the wrong way. In other words, it could also lead to harmful repercussions like aggression on part of the Shiba Inu pets.
So instead of a kennel, which would put a ton of restraints on the spirit and energy of the Shiba Inu breed of pets (dogs and puppies), a yard would prove to be a fine habitat for this breed as it would not only give them a chance to utilize their spirit and energy freely but would also give them the sense of independence, which is part of their nature. In addition to that, frequent walks could also be a way of bonding with the Shiba Inu puppies along with giving them attention.
