What Kind Of Snake Is A Light Blue With Dark Blue Rings Around It?

I'm trying to find a pet snake. I saw one on this website. I was gonna buy it but didn't have the money. It is about two or three feet long maybe longer, but it was light blue with dark blue rings around it. Can you tell me what kind of snake it was or where to find one for sale?

There are not a lot of blue snake out there so I am having trouble thinking of which snake you could have seen for sale.  The banded sea snake is similar to your description but it is highly venomous and I do not think it would make a good pet.

        A (Gulf) Coastal Ribbon Snake.
"Thamnophis sauritus nitae - dark with light blue lateral stripes, Gulf coast of north-central Florida." They are very docile, and make good pets. They usually sell for $20.
        You're welcome. ^_^

I've been looking for a bright light-blue snake, but I haven't been able to find anything like it. It was a snake I found dead in the road while on a walk. It was so beautiful, I wish I could know what it was.
