Can A Landlord Charge Extra Rent For Visiting Minor Children In California?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

In most states the landlord can charge the standard rent while you are on vacation, or away for whatever reason. He may not charge extra. The rent is supposed to be paid before you leave, or they can assume that you might have abandoned the property. Hope this helps.
