Best answer is to stay as busy as possible . . . It seems like it will be forever before your see him again, but it goes by faster than you think. I also recommend on reading up on anything that pertains to the military while waiting . . . It will help you better understand what is being said to you when you see him again.
Join clubs, go out with friends, write a lot of letters, and pray that he does good.
