How To Use Pakistani Salt?

My queries is that since last a few months we are using Pakistani salt in our kitchen. But someone has told us this salt is deficient in iodine. That one has advised us to mix Pakistani salt with any branded ordinary salt in the ratio of 50-50. Please do tell me whether it is a right suggestion or not ? Awaiting your response.

Well what i know is that in Pakistan there are two types of salts available in the market

    1. Iodize salt
    2. Without iodine salt.

So when ever you buy the salt try to look for ingredients. If the iodine is there then you will find that in the ingredients. So better check the ingredients before buying.

    Have a nice day.
