No, she is not sick. Some cats have the tendency to change the colour of their eyes so don't worry about the fact that her eyes are turning into green.

It depends on the age of the cat, If the cat is actually a kitten still about 6 months or less old, then yes they can definatly change. If the cat is older it depends on if it was an immediate change or not. If it was immediate then I would take her to the vet as soon as possible if it was progressive then It could be due to the production of cataracs (sign of going blind) or just purely natural. Now also if it was progressive more than likely you wont be able to do anything about it, but I would still check it out with a vet
