Does Blurtit Promote Piracy?

Piracy or duplication of questions....if you see a duplicate question that is exactly the same as another question/i mean exactly then you can report it and it will either be allowed to be corrected or deleted.

Some individual Blurters promote piracy, but Blurtit doesn't encourage it. In fact, Blurtit helps discourage piracy by not enabling file trading.
