As the answers already given have told you many things can swell, swelling of legs and feet should be brought to a Dr.'s attention as it may be a sign of something that could affect the pregnancy. Most profoundly the breasts swell. It would be nice if they stayed that way, LOL.

Normally nothing has to swell.. Only the belly where your baby is.. But for some pregnant people.. They tend to develop edema.. Which affects the extremities and the face... But this can be dangerous and has to notify your doctor...

Well you know your belly is going to grow to accommodate the baby. You may have swelling of the feet, hands, fingers, face, breasts, and legs. You will need to monitor the swelling and keep your Dr up to speed with it. He will let you know if he needs to do something about it.
