These are cartridge bearings and normally have to be pressed out and in with a press. There are special tools to do the work on the car, perhaps you could find/rent one?
A couple of warnings:
If you press the new bearings in the wrong way they will be destroyed.
If you do not torque the big nut correctly the bearings will wear out very quickly.
