I used to abuse it years ago and have calmed down a lot now.  I'm an infrequent user.  Like you, maybe once or twice a year, if that.  Coke stays in your system depending on how often and how much you consumed.  You have to be specific; was it one line in six months or 1 - 6 grams, in between that or more than that?  The last time I used I only did two lines but 5 days later I had to take a drug test.  I was relieved and surprised that I passed it.  You should always drink lots and lots of water and try activated charcoal  as well. One last thing, don't expect miracles cz you'll probably be disappointed.. Sad but true.
