1993 Ford Tempo 4 Cyl Sedan, Its Horn Relay Is Nowhere Where Autozone Indicates (under Dash, Driver Side). Voice Of Experience, Please Can You Help Me To Honk Again?

Shop manual says relay is under dash on driver-side. I and three friends have searched entire length of dash with no results

I'm guessing that it is more likely the horn pad in the center of your steering wheel that is worn out.
On a 15 year old car, would be my first guess as to what would need to be replaced.
There are contacts between the surface of the horn pad and the interior of the horn pad that have to be connected in order for the horn to work.
If you have no blown fuses, the pad is most likely your problem.

Does it have a distribution box under the hood, if so then check there

It's a '93. I'm not so sure that it has a distribution box under the hood. Don't think Ford was putting relay switches in their vehicles at that time, but not real sure. Believe it was basically fuse driven back then, but would certainly be number 1 on the check list if so.
