I Weigh 136lbs, 5'1", And Want To Lose 10lbs In 5weeks. What Should I Do?

    I lost loads of weight by eating loads of fresh pineapple and eating just chicken veg and salad. Also drink plenty of water as our body can play tricks on us making us feel hungry when in fact we are thirsty! Always have a bottle of water to hand. I lost between 2lbs and 6lbs a week doing this x

    Ps this is only a short term diet plan for quick weight loss, you need to eat a balanced, healthy diet once you have achieved you weight goal or you will get ill
