    Green tea helps people lose weight because improves the metabolism of glucose and lipids and also increases the usage of energy even while we are not performing physical activities. So it helps in weight loss by reducing cholesterol and burning up energy. Then there is also Oolong tea which is made by directly drying the tea leaves in sun. The Oolong tea also helps in weight loss by also blocking the fattening effects of carbohydrates along with the benefits provided by green tea.
