    The Bichon Frise breed is a very popular and compatible breed in terms of the selection of pets.  Moreover it is the amiable and winsome nature of this very breed that earns it such a propensity and high level of favoritism amongst the masses of the target market of pets, more specifically dog pets.  The height of the Bichon Frise dogs ranges between 9-12 inches while their weight averages about 7-12 pounds.  

    As far as litter size is concerned, the litter size of the Bichon Frise breed averages around 4-5 puppies, the minimum being one puppy, the maximum litter size reaching up to six puppies.  Life expectancy of the Bichon Frise dogs is about fifteen years and sometimes even more than that.  There are certain factors, more precisely health factors that are crucial in the breeding of Bichon Frise dogs such as the facts that some are quite vulnerable to watery eyes and cataracts.
