How Could We Know The Model Of Sound Card?

Open Control Panel of your windows.
you will find an icon with name "Sound and Audio Devices".
Double Click this icon.
a window will open.
the first line under volume tab is your Sound Card Model.
As I got C-Media wave device.
Now you can easily find driver for your sound card.

If the sound card is installed on your pc then you can check it via opening the device manager via right clicking the My Computer icon then device manger and here you can see your installed sound card and also its name. If it's not installed then in the control panel in the sound and audio devices and in the volume tab you can see the your sound card name  adjacent to the speaker figure.
