How Should I Organize Different Committees?

In order to organize the tour in an efficient manner, three committees of students were constituted as

DEPARTURE TO LAHORE : -
In the University bus, twenty-five students along with two faculty members left for Lahore from University main gate at 5:30 AM.At Dargai, breakfast was taken in a hotel and on the way students were briefed and shown various industries and historical places like
Nowshera Glass Sheet
Attock Fort
Ghazi Barotha Project
Pakistan Motorway etc.
Students have shown their keen interest in these sites especially in Pakistan Motorway. At 2:00 PM a short stay was taken at "Kalar Kahar" on motorway for lunch and prayer. Students enjoyed the pleasant weather of Kalar Kahar. They did photography as well.

ARRIVAL AT LAHORE: -
                                                            
We reached Lahore at 5:00 PM, the same day. Stay/Accommodation has been taken in Al-Asad Hotel at Lahore Railway Station. Ten double rooms and two three seater rooms has been taken.After taking some rest, delicious dinner has been taken after which students visited Lahore Railway Station.
