Where And How Do I Obtain A Kennel License?
I would like to open a dog kennel of only of about 20 or less pets. I just want to get pointed in the right direction.

Start by asking your local government. I am in the U.S. And here it depends on where you live. Some places are in city limits and the city government sets the rules. Other places may not be in a city or the city may not have an interest so another organization will have jurisdiction - maybe the county animal control office. Most local governments have a listing in the local phone book and you can call them to get pointed in the right direction.
