Is This Legal?
I am being evicted but since the eviction papers have given my landlord rent, not full owed amount, but aren't they supposed to start the eviction process over again or not accept the money at all???

Yes ,they are suppose to start the process again. However, if you give them money and they refuse it then take it to the court house and ask what you can do when the landlord refuses to accept your money when you are trying to pay. They may be able to tell you what the next step will be.
