I Really Don't Get On Well With My Boss At Work. What Should I Do?

This is a difficult situation, particularly if you really enjoy your job. Try speaking to your boss and settling your differences. If this doesn't work then you will need to think about whether or not it is effecting your performance at work. If you do manage to sort things out then hopefully things should turn out alright, but you should certainly do something about it if your boss is belittling you and being generally nasty. No job is enjoyable under these circumstances. The same applies to your colleagues. It is extremely unpleasant to have to face work everyday with a nasty boss or unpleasant colleagues. You should always talk things over, and leave immediately if you continued to be bullied.

If you really enjoy the job that you are doing now, then look for something similar. Anything is better than being in a job where you don't get along with people. It'll just make you miserable.
