    The main function is to determine costs, i.e. Electricity, other services such as room service, amount of staff etc. Against the cost that the hotel it bringing in. This should be done on a per annum basis, and their should be a floating staff, or temporary staff, such as seasonal workers, to make sure it is not more expensive to run than what you are bringing in
