Ok!!!! I haven't pooped for 4 days and it sucks... I toke milk magnesia it takes 6 to 12 hours to work,or take an enema,and drink lots of water eat lots of fiber... And if this does not work and u haven't pooped for more then a week then go to ur doctor there most be something wrong....
It might be kidney stones or ur really constipated....
