Your question is kinda ambiguous... I mean, there is no way to enlarge the screen on your monitor to any bigger than the manufacturer made it, but if you mean the appearance of your workspace ON the screen, then you need to adjust the settings in the monitor's onscreen menu (usually accessed by the buttons on the front of the monitor), or if you just want your icons and print to be bigger, then you need to right-click on your desktop and choose 'Properties' then go to settings and adjust your overall resolution either up or down depending on which way you like better... Or, you can go to 'Appearance' and choose those parts of your desktop you want to change, like your icon size, spacing, font size, etc.
Otherwise, the most smart-alec answer is "Go buy a bigger monitor!" (^_^)
