I get on the bus and she lets me sit next to her everyday. We talk a lot and we both listen to music. She sometimes rests her legs across mine and laughs a lot. However when i text her she don't always reply. She always leaves kisses at the end of each message.

For a girl to feel comfortable enough to lay her legs across yours, she must like you. If the only reason you think she doesn't like you is because she doesn't always text you back, maybe she just didn't see it.. Or maybe she was just busy. Why not just ask her to the movies or something, see how she responds. Maybe she has just been waiting for you to ask!
