30 amp breakers are usually reserved for AC units and dryer plugs or other 220 volt circuits so youll ned number 10 wire; a black, red, white and green/copper. Red and black are your hot wires the white is your neutral and green/copper is your ground wires and diagram on receptacle box will show how to wire
