Am I Depressed Or Just A VERY VERY Unlucky Guy?

I am always sad and nothing ever impresses me. I'm hot-headed and I lose my temp on simple things. I have few friends, but they aren't important at all to me and I could never trust them. I can never look in eyes, or even at the face of the person I'm speaking to. I always find excuses for party invitations and similar events. I rarely go outside, I spend most of my time in front of the PC. I always feel alone, like there is no-one there to help me out. I'm 17 but I've never had a girlfriend and I haven't even kissed a girl before. I've been feeling like this for the last 5-6 year and I starting to get worried. I think it might either be because I was constantly bullied in the 5 - 7th grades or because I'm to total screw-up.

You can't be the unluckiest guy in the world or you would not have access to a computer and the internet.so right there you must have income and friends ,a job and people that care about you.besides who said you would always be happy(the rain falls on the just and the unjust. This could be thought to mean that everyone feels like you do at some point in their life). And there are tons of people that don't like parties/noisy loud crowded places. It could be you just like quiet calm places.and about a girl kissing you you, don't worry about it your only 17 and have not even started to live life yet and besides that you don't even know who you are yet because you have not started your life/career yet.find out who you are and what you want to do in life and the rest will come before you realize it and then you will wonder where all your time went.you could just need some light therapy -as in a special lamp to give you the same feeling/nutrients the sun gives you naturally which can effect your moods.basically get yourself outside doing something anything that will get your heart pumping.find something that you are interested in.that you may want to have a career in or just a hobby to share with others.or you could actually need to see a doctor for a actual treatment.in other words your body could be missing something that the doctor can treat medically(drug therapy). Not that your whacked in the head like me but your body could be missing a what do they call that a enzyme or chemical that your body does not produce the right amount of and make s you feel blah all the time.since i am not a doctor talk to a doctor and tell them you would like to be tested to see if your missing or not producing something that can make you feel out of sorts all the time.one of my relatives had this because of allergies and get this the first medicines they gave them to treat them basically made them feel just like this(blah all the time) until they gave them a different prescription then they felt great and even outgrew the blahs(the allergies). So short answer get checked out instead of spending the next few years feeling the same as you do now.(or as the bible says go through the storm instead of walking in the valley(the storm) paraphrased from the bible-get up and walk-get out and do something-move on-get over it)later : ). Or the old saying if you don't use it you will lose it.in other words get help so you can live your life instead of letting your life over whelm you.hope this helps. Oh! And remember if they do start you on a drug therapy and it makes you feel worse tell the doctor because you may need a different medicine for you as a individual that won't make you feel blah! All the time. Just my humble opinion.

Thanks but I have to add something. It's not that I don't like parties (or similar things), but don't want to go, because when I see other people happy, it makes me miserable because I can't be happy. The same thing happens at school. I usually prefer staying in the classroom, rather than going outside and seeing other people enjoying what I can't have: A real life.
And I disagree about the "17 - to young" thing. Other people have done so much in 17 years, but I have nothing to show for myself.
