Would Like A Fast Way To Lose 10lbs ..any Crash Diet Will Do?

I know it in the long run they are unhealthy but this is just for no longer than a week..i hope.. Please help

    Drink ice cold water (your body burns calories warming the water to body temp), and walk a lot! Eat just enough to fill you up bearly, and avoid cards (bread, pasta). It will retrain your metabolism. If you cut carbs for 2 weeks completely your body will naturally feed off body fat for energy. If you sustain this for another week and keep your carb intake to a minimum then your good. Keep in mind you need them for energy, do not do the crazy crash diets you hear of. But the initial carb deprivation really does work and your body doesn't suffer at all.

      Hi protein diets work well for quick weight loss, however there is a great book at amazon.com called Thera-Diet for healthy weight loss.
