How Do You Draw Gradient Lines With Rules Like Y=mx That Passes Through (0,0)?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

    Hi,

    m is the gradient e.g 5/6. So you draw a straight line from (0,0) to (6,5) or (1, 5/6). In other words: If you go right 6 steps, you have to go 5 steps up.

    If there is a minus as in m= -5/6 then you go down 5 steps. => from (0,0) to (1, -5/6) or (6, -5).
