To date there are no prescription drugs that show up as cocaine on a urine drug screen. This is because in most instances, a urine drug screen is a 2 step process. First an immunoassay test, 2nd a GC/MS conformation test. Cocaine is the only substance that breaks down in the body to benzoylecgonine, the primary and most likely tested for metabolite. This is why they know exactly what drug you have been using, if this wasnt so, drug testing would be irrelevent and not used in legal situations being as it could be defeated. If you got caught you got caught. Best course of action is admit you have a drug problem and get into a rehab.
