Obesity is condition of having excessive deposition of fats causing negative effects on the health. Obesity is defined in terms of body mass index (BMI). Which is equal to weight divided by height squared. A person with BMI 25-29 Kg/m2 is called overweight while a BMI 30 Kg/m2 or higher is said to be obese.
