How Do I Print Out Terms And Conditions And Other Web Pages When I'm Shopping Online?

To print out a web page, ensure it is selected by clicking on it. This will make it the active window sitting foremost on your monitor. Next, press Ctrl+p or click on the printer icon in the toolbar of your browser.

Often, though sites will display a text link saying 'Printer-friendly version' so look out for this and click on it if available.

Alternatively, there may be a seperate hyperlink to the terms and conditions page and you may prefer to download it to your computer. To do this, right click on the link and select Save Target As. By default the page will normally download onto your desktop, but check before clicking Save in the dialogue box.

Be aware that most printers default onto Portrait and web pages may not print out properly. To avoid losing any text, press Ctrl+p, then Properties and select the paper to print out in Landscape format (horizontal) as this on A4 most closely resembles the shape of your monitor screen.
