How old are you? Do you mean you never had a period yet or do you mean your period is late? Which one? Either way there is nothing you can do to bring a period down, it will come by itself when is time (unless, of course, you are pregnant). First periods (called menarche) can happen between 8 and 14 years old, mostly around 12 or 13.
