You should go see a doctor, but It might an en-larged prostate, to a bladder infection, intestinal disorder, it could be all kinds of things.-Trey

I developed this problem suddenly and thought that it might be caused by masturbation. After several months however I discovered that I had a double hernia! I went to the hospital on a Monday and walked out (so to speak) on Wednesday after a non-intrusive surgery to repair the hernias, which was successful. Blood in the sperm disappeared immediately and never returned. This leads me to believe that having an unnoticed hernia may often times be the "cause that is never found", and the appearance and disappearance of the blood in the sperm simply being due to doing infrequent heavy lifting or hard sport, such as rugby. After each strain, something opens in there and allows blood through. In a day or two the breach heals over, until the next major physical effort. Anyway, I suggest that you get down to a doctor and get a close inspection for a hernia of some sort, perhaps including a sound scan. Hope this info helps someone. Cheers,
The blood in sperm is called hematospermia, It can be because of inflammation, infection, blockage, or injury in the male reproductive tract and it can be a disease within the urethra, testicles, epididymis, or prostate. It can rarely be cancer. You should go to doctor for tests.
